Why Revatalyst

The name comes from two ideas. Revelatory — the metrics and traits that matter most are often the ones that are hardest to see: hard to measure, hard to access, rarely surfaced by the tools people already use. Catalyst — technology can accelerate someone's progress once they can see it clearly, but it can't supply the initiative that has to come from the person themselves.

Revatalyst LLC builds technology that looks for those harder-to-find metrics and puts them in front of the people they're about — so they can understand where they stand and accelerate their own learning, with technology as the catalyst rather than a substitute for their own effort.
